Found a tub of this at the back of a rapidly emptying cupboard !

Some recipes on WWW, but has anyone here used it?
Recommendations please.

I use it. I make a sweet and sour chicken with it. It's one from an old Jamie Oliver magazine.
And it's good in korean fried chicken.

It's gorgeous stuff. The hairy bikers have a recipe for spicy Korean pork, using it, but unfortunately it's not online, that I know of. I use the marinade on chicken thighs.

Coincidentally, I’m making this tonight! It’s really simple and good comfort food.

Add to egg fried rice, I think Meera Sodha has some good ideas too.

Our local hipster cafe does sourdough toast with gochujang and boiled eggs, coriander sprinkled over. I've not tasted it because I don't eat eggs that still move, but OH loves it.

Oh, that sounds interesting, I didn't think hipsters liked any eggs other than poached! But I can see that combo working.
