Bread recipes

Anyone got a successful bread recipe / bread rolls recipe which don't contain yeast? Really struggling to find some in the shops at the moment (as well as normal bread) so thought I'd see if anyone else has a fool proof recipe :)

Or any recipe for a tasty bake. Pregnant so I've got plenty of time on my hands!

I'm baking sourdough bread for that reason. If you have time, try it! It will take a bit to get your starter going.

If you have any yeast at all try Jim Lahey's no-knead bread recipe. You can make a 1lb. loaf with 1/4 teaspoon yeast. It's easier than full-on sourdough if you've never made bread before.
