I have plain white and wholemeal flour - can I make anything dense/savoury/bread-like?

I don't have any strong flour but want to make some bread-type things as I couldn't get any allergy-friendly bread.

Does anyone know of nice recipes for dairy, egg and soya free bready kind of things?! I do have some of the quick dried yeast that you use in a breadmaker too. Smile

@woodencoffeetable 45 min?! We cook bread for 16 min a loaf, fan oven.

Didn't realise you could use plain flour and it just took more work. Thanks for the tip 🙂

16 min might be enough for a flatbread but not for a loaf ine

Flour from 2018 wheat crop, so probably bought in 2019, was super strong due to the heatwave - worth a try for bread!
