Inside chicken breasts, wrapped in bacon? Or does it have to be full fat soft cheese to stop it separating? (The half-fat version is 11% if that helps).

Just trying to cobble togeher a dinner with what's in the fridge...

I've cooked Quark in the oven, which is very low fat cheese, I think it is only about 5% fat - no problem whatsoover!

I have put it into Nigella brownies before (not mixed in but as a kind of filling) and that's worked out well, so I think you'll be fine.

I don't know if you can cook it or not, but it's lovely on digestives if that helps

As long as you taale it out of the plastic box first. It will melt.

Thanks for the handy tip Doublebluff!

Saltire- call un an unfettered wanton, but I'd add a little Merchant Gourmet "Dulce De Leche" toffee sauce on top of that...yummmmm....
