Underwater themed party - Any foodie ideas?

Looking for ideas for an underwater themed party - Have the themed cake but would love some inventive ideas on how I can supply some exciting food for the tea after swimming at the local pool....

Any ideas?

jelly with blue food colouring in and fish shaped candies ( ikea have little swedish fish gummy candies)...

going fishing bate cans? (dishes with biscuit crumbs and candy worms)

use fish and shell shaped cookie cutters to make either cookies or to cut sandwhiches into under the sea shapes...
