whats happened to the Waitorse "seaosns" magazine - call this cooking?

My last Ocado shop was craparooney. Raw chicken in with bread rolls, soap stuff in with a bag of sugar, 2 of my eggs broken, and they put a 4 pack of 2 litre Coke bottles ON TOP of a huge bag of Kettle Chips so they were reduced to crumbs.

I sent a long email in my very best complainy language and they apologised...but didn't give me any money or vouchers or anything. Pooheads.

marthamoo, I would claim the money back via the website for damaged goods if that happens again (IIRC you have 24 hrs from delivery to do it on the site). I have always received a refund at least that way. Then write your complainy e-mail too. That's if you're going to use them again .

martha, you need to phone up and rant, at least that's what I do. I even ranted when they got stuck in snow in the High Peak, it wasn't snowing where we live. Agree that the packing is utter poo.

I should have done that as well (will bear in mind if I ever use them again - was very cross). I assumed the complainy email person would refund.

I complained to M&S recently as well and got nothing from them either. Must be losing my touch.
