Runny yoghurt

Tried making my first batch of yoghurt- in Easiyo, but using a bit of yoghurt & UHT milk & a teaspoon of powdered milk.
It tastes ok, but is very thin. Any way of thickening other straining through a muslin (Which I don't have) ?

I'll add more powdered milk next time.

I buy large coffee filters from Amazon, put one in a sieve and strain until I get the right texture.

The whey that drains off is a great substitute for milk / buttermilk in baking. It makes things very light. It’s also useful as a marinade ingredient as it tenderises very well.

Line a sieve with kitchen roll and strain through that.

Both brilliant suggestions thank you!
I have both coffee filters & kitchen roll.
