I would like to freeze some eggs to use in baking should this whole Corona Virus thing lick off.

I have some cake mixes and would like to freeze eggs in sets of however many are needed.

Are eggs any good once frozen. How would you defrost?

I didn't know that myself!

Why not just keep eggs - they should last a couple of months.

Thank you. I must be so addicted to Mumsnet that it didn't occur for me to google it!

I'm a bit funny with out of date food and won't use anything after it's sell by/use by date.
