I dont eat it......have to take a cheeseboard as my contribution to supper for 10 people.
Going to fab cheese shop at the weekend.....tell me what to buy.

Sooooo many cheese fans....so much to choose from...have bought fresh figs,grapes,pears & three different kinds of nice cheese biscuits.
will get walnut bread too

Ah but there is a big difference between Vacherin and Vacherin Mon't D'or. The Mon't D'or stuff is unpasteurised.
