Pressure king pro basic advice needed

Hi how to cook boiled potatoes is it the steaming setting ? I did it on stew and they took ages !

Also a whole chicken was very pale even thpugh i browned it. I guess this is normal?

How much water is needed to cook a chicken and any tips ? My pkp didn't have a recipe book !

I'd imagine the pressure cook setting would cook them much faster? Are you able to find a YT video of how to do it?
