Pancake mix the night before?

Can I make batter tonight for crepes for breakfast??

I make American style pancakes and if I leave the better in the fridge overnight it's always better. They have a better rise.

I don't usually make the thin crêpes. I'm sure they will be fine in the fridge overnight too.

Yes crepe mix always better after a night in the fridge!
