1. Vanilla sponge with passion fruit buttercream
2. Passion fruit sponge with passionfruit buttercream
3. Passion fruit sponge with vanilla buttercream

Is there any reason why?

I think 2 would be too sickly, I love passion fruit but it might be overload. 3 I don't think would work as well, icing tends to be the best part of a cake! But you can send me a slice so I can be sure 😉

Fresh chunky passionfruit jam
White chocolate buttercream/ganache

Could even throw done while chocolate chips into the sponge or mix fresh passionfruit pieces into the buttercream in the layers between the sponge
