Add more liquid?

Failing that, ply them with booze before you eat 🍻🍹🍸🥃

Spam88 · 15/02/2020 19:33

Another vote for booze.

Perhaps cut into smaller pieces so the sauce can smother it?

DartmoorChef · 15/02/2020 19:38

Won't help now but for future reference, always add the meat at the end, don't brown it off first. I use thigh meat in curry too as its not as liable to dry.

AnguaResurgam · 15/02/2020 19:41

Add fluid

The fluid I recommend copious quantities of prosecco down the guests, until they don't care about the food

What Dartmoor said. Cubed chicken thigh and last in. Plus what other said Grin: booze.

Is it the sauce that has dried out...if so add chicken stock, cream or wine
If its the chicken that has dried out...cut it into chunks and put it in the sauce.

Also add wine to the guests and they wont notice anything 🤣

Brilliant thanks all!! I knew the Mumsnet network would save the day ! Suitably hungover today 😅
