What's a lower calorie alternative to Paratha?

Parathas are 388 calories

Wraps are 137 but not as tasty - ok-ish if they're grilled

Looking for something I might have missed in the shops ...

Along similar lines to wraps you could have roti or chapatti or you could go for a mini naan bread - all are sub 200 calories depending on the ones you get

Sharwoods ready to eat poppadoms are 35kcal each.

Nothing.

They are evil things, they taste so good and nothing comes close.

Are you eating them on their own or with curry? If it is with curry try a crusty baguette.

If you make your own this is a lower fat / carb version.
