Help - ideas needed for 2 year old with allergies

DS2 is 2.4 he has had a run of colds/virus since Christmas but recovered now. When he was ill we encouraged good eating but didn't push it as doctor said. He will always drink milk.

Now he is refusing loads of food and it's getting me down! I just feel like I make food and put it in the bin! For context I also have a 4.5 DS1 and 10 week old DS3.

DS2 is allergic to peanuts (avoiding all nuts currently until further testing) eggs and all types of fish!

I find it really hard to know what to feed him as one day he will eat something then the next he will outright reject it! He will cry for something then when you give it to him he eats it holds it in his mouth for ages and spits it out!

He loves pizza and beans and asks for this every day- he will eat homemade or the tortilla pizzas so not processed but really don't want to encourage fussy eating.

He will currently eat (sometimes!)
Veg soup
Pizza
Beans
Biscuits
Grapes
Cheese
Crisps/puffs
Toast
Chocolate
Chips
Mash
Ham

Consistently rejects pasta and rice!

Please help with meal ideas!!
Thanks

What do you feed yourselves and ds1? Will he eat chicken? If he likes mash and veg soup would eat veggie fingers? (Veg and mash mashed together and shaped can dip in milk ifno eggs and breadcrumb them).

Have you tried him with a dose of Calpol? He might be feeling 100%, especially if he's asking for food then spitting it out.
