I love Sabrina Ghayour's potato, ricotta and herb dumplings

and am contemplating making them for dinner tomorrow. Normally I think we do them with Ottolenghi's spinach, date and nut salad which is lush but am a bit spinached out right now!
Was thinking of doing this (also Sabrina) salad instead

Asked DH's view - he's not sure blood orange and potato 'go together' - any views? If you agree with him... what salad would work with the dumplings or what would work alongside the salad (veggie please!)
