Filo pastry ideas?

Bought a pack, haven’t got a clue what to do with it. Was thinking about making some parcels or rolls with something.What would you put inside?

You can use it for spring rolls with spicy stir fried veg inside.
Also makes a good pie lid if you scrunch it up a bit.
