What do you batch cook?

I'm a big fan of batch cooking.

Today I have done a huge vat filled with 5 kg of stewing steak and 5 lambs kidneys for a steak & kidney pie tomorrow - and the rest to freeze.

Other things I do:-

Bolognese sauce
Hummus
Pasta Sauces
Roast chicken (cook two, freeze one)

What do you do? I need some inspiration...

I really want to batch cook more but other than pasta sauce I don’t do much. Do you freeze your roast chicken whole? And then have it as a roast or with other things?

Curries
Soup
Lasagne/pasta bakes
Veggie cottage pie
Veggie sausage rolls
Cheesey leeks
Ratatouile?
Stewed fruit

Looking at my freezer list, I've currently got oxtail stew, cassoulet, ragu (can be made into spag bol, lasagne, moussaka or shep pie), veg & lentil curry, coq au vin, tomato sauce, onion gravy.
I've also got a beefburger mix; made with fresh beef mince etc, & frozen in suitable size portions for either burgers or meatballs with above-mentioned tomato sauce.
And lots of h/m chicken stock from whenever I have a chicken carcass to hand.

Lasagna is about the only one. It’s a much effort, it seems ridiculous to just make one.

Thanks everyone - some good ideas here!

Sunshine I freeze the chicken already carved/prepared. We the either use it for a roast or have it hot/cold with fresh tiger bread (Tesco is our favourite), crisps, cherry tomatoes and salad leaves.
