Ideas on a postcard

I have sugar, butter flour and eggs, star anise, spices etc

Any ideas greatly received

Jam?
Pineapple Upside Down Cake?
Just eat it raw?
In a Fruit Salad?

Fritters or grilled pineapple if you want to cook it.

If you want it raw, Jamie Oliver does a lovely recipe with mint sugar sprinkled over.

Put it on a pizza (controversial!)

Thanks for the suggestion, I roasted the pineapple with cinnamon, it was delicious
