Best cauliflower recipes?

My daughter (veggie) and I (not) are kinda obsessed with cauliflower at the moment so I'm posting to ask for your favourite recipes please ladies....

I blanch cauliflower and lay on a baking tray. Then in a bowl mix curry powder with nigella seeds and sprinkle over the cauliflower. Bake in the oven until toasted. I use to top salads but also make a nice side to a curry.

Also do a similar thing but dipping the cauli in flour and egg, then a mix of wholemeal breadcrumbs and blue cheese before baking in the oven.

This is a veggie pizza recipe with a cauliflower and almond nut base - I'm planning on trying it out this week!

I also love cauliflower curry.

I love putting tiny florets raw into a salad, or pickling them and having them cold, like you get on the all inclusive buffet on holiday.
