It was fab. We had:
Red Stripe (just a couple) with casual starter of
deep fried plantain with avocado and chilli dip
Deep fried lumps of white fish in batter
then
dhal flatbreads
aubergine sliced lengthways and rolled around a sweet potato spring onion, peppers garlic and cheese filling then roasted
pork joint marinated with rum and lots of spices
peas and rice
then
coconut pud with fresh pineapple and mango
thanks to all for their advice/suggestions. Will try more in advance if we do another country where goat is a traditional dish!
