I seemed to have accumulated a mountain of tinned tuna that I have seen on offer over the months. I recon I have about 20 tins!

Show me your favourite recipes with tinned tuna and thanks in advance.

My DS brought home a 4 pack of tuna from university and its been languishing at the back of a cupboard - thank you so much for the inspiration!

@AdaColeman

That pate sounds fab! Do you have a recipe at all please?

I haven’t got an actual recipe Queen!

But it’s well drained flaked tuna, cream cheese such as Philadelphia or my favourite Paysan Breton, a little lemon juice, you can also add some mayonnaise/cream/creme fraiche to give a soft texture. You can add flavourings such as capers, finely chopped dill/chives, paprika, Tabasco, sweet chilli sauce etc.
Make in a food processor for larger quantities, or with hand blender, or beat with a fork/wooden spoon for small amounts. You don’t want it too smooth. Good on toast or rye bread or blinis.

Enjoy! Wine Wine

Thank you @AdaColeman I will give that a go.

I'm horrific off an actual recipe but usually better off with a general guide so I'm going to try that at the weekend.

Have a look at the recipe section on the website of your favourite supermarket, Sainsburys, Waitrose, Tesco etc, are bound to have a recipe, or try Nigella or Delia!

Is there quantities for the quiche, at all? I actually have some pastry that's languishing in the fridge and pretty much everything else. I've only 150ml approx of double cream though. Would this be enough?

You could probably make it up to the right volume with milk, @TanselleTooTall
