Birthday Cake

Stupid question I know, but my DP has just collected a cake for my DD birthday tomorrow. Do we keep it in the fridge or on the counter? I think fridge, he said they don’t in the shops

Unless it has cream (not buttercream, propper whipped cream) in it, keep it on the counter.
Cake in fridges is never great.

Yep, if it's for tomorrow it will be fine on the bench.
