Hi all, inspired by the other cookbook thread (but hopefully not a TAAT!), does anyone have any recommendations for their favorite vegetarian cookbook for family friendly, not too complicated/time-consuming-to-make meals?

Thank you!

For family meals I think the hfw veg everyday is brilliant, for something different I'd go with Sabrina Ghayours bazaar.
