What recipes have you followed that turned out well? I'd love to make me own but recipes vary so much i never know which one to go for!

I use the one by pinch of nom here. it's one that can be used for slimming but I use it for the whole family as it tastes lovely, especially with rice and naan bread

Tesco recipes chicken korma is brill! Always make this and huge hit for everyone.

Always add a satchet of pataks coconut with the cream (recommended on website comments by another user)

I recommend this one by the Hairy Bikers. I don’t like to watch them on the telly but their curry book is fabulous and I’ve cooked loads of recipes from it. Have also bought several copies of the book for friends 😊

Oh I don’t use flour though. I do add extra ground almonds to thicken

I made Diana Henry's Royal Chicken Korma on the weekend from A Bird in the Hand. Absolutely blows every other korma I've ever had out of the water.
