Hi, I bought the Anove sous vide and was disappointed with the size and weight of it, I returned it and had to pay over £20 due to the weight. The Joule model is expensive but tiny in comparison and worth the extra. The system is certainly not time saving but the accuracy of steaks etc. is great.
