Ready meal says it can’t be frozen but we have! Would you still eat it?

OOPS! 😬 we didn’t realise it said not suitable for freezing. I’m thinking we can’t eat it ☹️ There has to be a reason why it’s not freezable. What would you do?

I would imagine one of the ingredients doesn't freeze well, I find that if stuff has been previously frozen it usually states it on the packaging.

It will probably be more about taste than safety, unless, as PP says, it has been previously frozen, when it usually says on the packet.

Thank you 😊 it definitely doesn’t say it’s been frozen. Think we’ll defrost it, see how it looks and smells and take it from there
