Have made this twice now and can't get enough of it.
Slight adaptations - I used a mix of spring onion and white onion and 2x part baked baguettes split into two to make 4. Pressed on the topping rather than spread - nice and thick. Cooked in a fan oven for 10 mins at 170c.
