It's January, I'm sure we're not the only ones looking to squeeze a few extra ££s off the shopping bill!
However I'm feeling a bit stuck with my meal plan. Need to be fairly quick to cook and fairly low dairy. We've used up most of the Christmas leftovers!
So far I've got:
- Jacket potatoes
- Melted camembert, bread and hm guacamole
- mini fry up
- peach and chickpea curry w/rice
- egg, chips and veg
- spaghetti bolognese
For packed lunches:
Hm jelly pots
Hm flapjack?
Any other suggestions?
