I have some small leeks to use up, and half a bottle of white wine from mussels last night. I've never made anything with leeks, cream, wine so looking for your favourite recipes for these please.
I also have an aubergine, peas, sweetcorn, broccoli and cauliflower, various cheeses but will go to the shop later.
We are avoiding potatoes, pasta and rice, along with bread. Although I'm not averse to a small amount of filo pastry for a pot pie.
