What are your favourite pizza toppings?

DH got a pizza oven for Christmas and we're having a pizza party tomorrow evening.

I always default to the same old things so please can you provide some inspiration before I head to the shops tomorrow?

Mushrooms

Brie, ham and onion is delicious.

Sounds weird but sardines in pizza is yummy too!

Not sure if this counts as a pizza or flatbread but you could def do it in the pizza oven.
Caramelised onion chutney on the base, blue cheese of your choice, slice figs and pine nuts. When cooked drizzle with a little bit of honey and scatter on some watercress.

Red onion, mushroom, Chilli oil

Chorizo, mushroom, green pepper

Posh ham ( simple but use good ham instead of cheap ham and it’s beautiful)

Onion, green pepper, pepperoni and chilli 😋

Classic margherita - Tomato, oregano, basil & mozzarella
Chicken, cheese, spinach, tomato, mushroom, shallots
Chicken and mushroom with jalapeños
Chicken, pesto, goat’s cheese & sun-dried tomato
Grilled vegetable pizza
Hummus, capsicum, mushroom & courgette
Mushroom, ham and pineapple with extra cheese
Ricotta and red onion marmalade
