LOts of Left Over Steak,Lamb Chump Chops and a bit of Pork Loin.....

So what can I do with it?

Cost a fortune and apart from having one cteak cold with salad tonight-what can you suggest I do with the rest?

Can't bear to waste it all.....

Mince the steak then make loads of bolognese to freeze or dice it for chilli?
Lamb casserole? Chinese pork (5 spice powder and soy sauce?)?

No mincer and am worried that by ccoking again as a stew might make it chewy-is this so?

Cook it slowly and it'll be fine. Do you have a food processor - you can zap it in there for bolognese? Dicing it would make lovely chilli...
