Mini chopper drama!

Well, it's not really a drama I suppose Grin

I've had a lot of mini choppers over the years , the kind you plug in, put together, press a button and whizzz! I usually use it for onions or to mix a marinade or dressing for speed.

However, it's hit and miss (mostly miss) with chopping herbs and with bread pieces for breadcrumbs. Time for a new machine or am I doing something wrong?

The current chopper has speed variations but I generally just use on top speed. It has a centrally attached plastic thing with two blades coming off it.

I bought a Ninja chopper from Amazon a year ago and love it. It is good for breadcrumbs. Herbs you obviously need to have enough volume to chop properly.
