Sweet Potato Question

Hi,

For the first time ever I am planning on par boiling my potatoes the night before and leaving them in the fridge overnight to cook on Christmas Day.

Does anyone know if this will work with sweet potatoes as well as white ones? I normally do a mixture.

Yes, but I wouldn’t bother because they cook so quickly.

I agree with PP, I wouldn't - I would just do them on the day as they are so much quicker to cook than normal potatoes
