Can you reheat Camembert?

Our eyes were too big for our bellies and now we have a lot of left over baked Camembert.
Is it safe to reheat tomorrow?

No.

Oh dear, will it make us ill?

It won't make you ill (it's already moldy milk and it's been recently sterilised!) - but it doesn't really reheat terribly well after the 'skin' has been broached. You can slice it and eat it, even heat it under the grill, but baking will make it dry and nasty.

I reheat in the microwave and it goes just as runny as the first time and lived to tell the tale.
