Help Please! I bought mince yesterday and have just realised it needs to be used today. I wanted to make meatballs out of it and freeze them raw to have on Boxing Day, when I will cook them in the oven from frozen as per bbc good food recipe. Is this OK to do as the use by date is today?? Feeding 8 people so don't want to give food poison to anyone!

Yes that's fine as they will be in date when frozen 👍🏼
