Smoked salmon

How do you eat it and with what

In sandwiches or bagels, with salad, for breakfast with scrambled egg and toast. Any way you like really!

Ive never had salmon but dd likes it and has told me to buy. So I believe smoked salmon can be served straight from the package. Dont need cooking?

You don't cook it.

Scrambled eggs and smoked salmon
On a toasted muffin with an egg
With pasta and a creamy sauce
straight from the packet when you open the fridge

I much prefer hot smoked salmon - not got the slimy texture.

Straight from the packet with lemon juice or on Brown bread or red onion or capers or all of the above.

There's a huge difference between organic smoked salmon and cheaper stuff though (which can be quite fatty and tasteless)

Smoked trout is also nice
