Sausage meat

Hello one and all, anyone have any recommendations for a good quality sausage meat? Don't really fancy squeezing sausages out of their skin.

Most butchers will sell you sausage meat before putting it into skins if you ask them.. you might need to order it in advance, that's all.

My butcher will do it if I ask her (sometimes I have to request it in advance, depends what she's got in; it's a small shop).

I've bought it online before now too. I can vouch for Pipers Farm (although other online farms/butchers are available).
