Can you use frozen mince for slow cooker meals

So I have a bag of frozen mince. If I fry it first and dump it in the slow cooker is that OK? I am pregnant so don't have the mental capacity to work it out 😂

Yes. (I add meat raw to the slow cooker but would definitely defrost anything frozen first).

Yes if it's defrosted it'll be fine. I wouldn't bother frying it tbh.

I'd brown it first too (for no other reason than I prefer it browned) but yes, it will be fine.
