ben and jerry's ice cream and dessert book

i have this but unfortunately the pages with the recipie for sweet cream base which seems to be the basis for making the ice creams is missing, can anyone help me out with this recipie?

2 large eggs
3/4 cup sugar
2 cups heavy/whipping cream
1 cup milk

Whisk the eggs in a mixing bowl until light and fluffy, 1-2 minutes.

Whisk in the sugar, a little at a time, then continue whisking until completely blended, about 1 minute more. Pour in the cream and milk and whisk to blend.

Makes 1 quart.

Making some right now. In my book they are on page 28.

165g sugar
1 pint whipping cream
1/2 pint milk

Whisk eggs together. slowly whisk in sugar. Pour in cream and milk. whisk to blend

1 pint whipping cream (2 cups)
165g sugar
2/3 cup half and half

Whisk cream. whisk in sugar slowly. whisk in half and half

1 pint light cream
1/2 pint sweetened condensed milk

whisk together.

I've only made the first one. The book says that its the best one for fruit.

The measurements are in cups and I've converted them. Not sure if its totallt accurate.
