Convetional ovens don't get hot enough and I can't imagine having an industrial pizza oven in the kitchen.

I know Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall had one in his garden on a programme a few months ago. I think it's an amazing idea and would seriously consider it myself if I had a big enough garden.
