Please could anyone recommend a recipe? I'm planning on making something festive for the teachers and neighbours, biscuits or small cakes maybe, but I'm drawing a blank! It has to be nut free too. Any ideas welcome, thanks.

Chocolate orange fudge is very easy. I cant remember the exact recipe but pretty sure its chocolate orange, condensed milk and icing sugar.

2 ingredient fudge.

Can (non-Nestle) condensed milk
500g milk or 500g dark or 600g white chocolate.

Break chocolate into microwaveable bowl. Pour on condensed milk and stir through. Microwave for 1 minute at a time, stirring in between, until all melted together.

Either tip into a square tin lined with baking paper and add toppings or stir through the fudge before pouring into tin.

E.g. dried cranberries, malteasers, chocolate orange, mini marshmallows, cherries, crushed candy canes, crushed gingerbread biscuits, rum soaked raisins.......

Allow to set in fridge then chop into chunks and wrap prettily.

Oh great thanks Grin a selection of fudges would be ideal.
