Got myself a new recipe so I have!
It was bloody great. What you do is right, you fry up shallots and bacon with a bit of pepper if you like. Then add in can of chopped toms and simmer for 20mins.
Get breadcrumbs from 5 slices of bread and mix it with garlic.
Put pasta into pan of already boiling water for around 13mins. Then "toss" (snigger) it with the sauce.
Put butter (3oz) into frying pan and fry the breadcrumbs and garlic till golden (keep stirring or it'll burn). Add chopped chillies if you like.
Serve pasta and sprinkle the breadcrumbs on top with cheese.
Fecking bloody marvellous!
