How can I use a Thai based stock?

I have found a bag of Thai based stock in my freezer and would like to use it up.
What could I cook with it? I don’t know why but this has stumped me, I can’t think what I could use it in.

Soup for noodles? Just add coconut milk and lime...

I make a kind of veg and noodle soup which i normally add thai curry spices to so could you do something like that?

It's definitely soup weather. Add some veg- onions, sugarsnaps, baby corn, peppers and simmer until soft. Add cooked shredded chicken and a crushed nest of noodles. Let the noodles soften and eat.

Right going to do a sort of red Thai soupy thing with prawns etc. Thanks for the suggestion.
