Here, cauliflower cheese is popular with sausages, gammon or bacon, or steak.

I cut up crispy bacon on top of mine then serve with chunky bread. Have occasionly used as a side dish with sunday roast too- yummy. My PILs have it with smoked haddock.

I like it with some kind of meat and veg like a roast or chops or similar.
