Tiger bread

I I really want to make some tiger bread as I absolutely love the stuff.
However the recipe for the topping calls for rice flour.
Can I use baby rice instead as I'm struggling to source the rice flour.

Ocado sells rice flour. Have you tried looking for it in the "gluten free" or "world food" sections of your supermarket?

They sell us in ME stores. If you are sickly and comity, and really really unlucky you are fed it (not nice) 🤢
