That isn’t fishcakes (which Ive never been able to make successfully) or on toast?

Tinned mackerel in tomato sauce makes amazing fish spread/dip.
Blend 1 tin with 8 crabsticks and a tablespoon of plain yoghurt, plenty of black pepper and a squeeze of lemon - delicious!

Tinned salmon sandwiches are great. I prefer butter to mayo on the bread. Cucumber can be added. For some reason I don't like tomato with tinned fish except sardines or pilchards in tomato sauce on toast.

Seafood pasta. Fry onions, garlic, add a tin of tomatoes and a bit of stock. Teaspoon of balsamic if you have it. Simmer and reduce.

Then add your tinned fish and prawns if you like. Stir in a bag of spinach. Serve with pasta. Delicious!

I buy the small tins of tuna in soy and ginger and have them with roasted veg for my lunch at work. Or tinned mackerel with micro rice for lunches too
