I have a red cabbage to use up with today’s leg of lamb roast. I don’t usually mind vinegar with my red cabbage but today I just don’t fancy it (it might have something to do with my frustration over Sky’s incompetence which boiled over this morning 🤬). But I can’t find any recipes online for red cabbage without vinegar - even when I use it in the search engine it spits out recipes that all have vinegar!
Any ideas for something with that nice comforting texture without the sour flavour hit?
