Chutney recipe for gifts?

Hi! Does anyone have a chutney recipe that won't cost an arm and a leg/ require me to go out and buy figs/ star anise/ loads of random s*#t I don't have and will never use again?! Hoping to make oittle jars for Xmas presetns next week
