I got this out of the library, has anyone tried it?
I get the impression the recipes haven't been tried properly.
They don't say if the baking temperature is fan or regular oven so I assume regular but the baking times (all from chilled) are all much too short - I am almost needing to double them.
And the thickness of the biscuit seems huge - I just made gingerbread men and it says to roll out to 1cm. That's basically a scone!
And all the biscuits need chilling twice and are bake from chilled.
Back to Mary Berry I suppose, or does anyone have any better suggestions?
